Return Policy
- We don't accept return of items after opening of the seals of the received product. We don't accept return of product if you plan to return the items after using any of them.
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. We’re happy to replace the damaged or incorrect item or offer a refund for that unit, depending on the situation.
Please note that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges, and return pickups are not possible. You won’t need to send the product back — just email us at info@qualitymandi.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Refund Policy
- Once you share with us the photos of the damaged products you receive, we will issue a refund within 07 (Seven) working days to your bank account or UPI ID as discussed during refund process.
Refund Process:
- You received damaged products.
- You clicked the photos during unboxing.
- You send them to info@qualitymandi.com within 24 hours.
- We will analyse the case and may ask you to share more details.
- Once we confirm that the issue is from courier mishandling, we will issue a refund.
- The total process will take not more than 07 (Seven) days.
- You will get your refund within 07 (Seven) days from the date of your first email.
As a customer, you don't need to send the damaged items back to us in order to get a refund. We will issue it automatically based upon your genuine input as described above.
Local Pick-up Policy
We don't return or refund for local pick-up items. Customers have the responsibility to check the items before leaving the pick-up counter.
